Payment

All payments are made through The Rock Stone Masonry website. You will receive a confirmation email of your payment and booking from Stripe.

 

Cancelations

The booking can be cancelled within 14 days of booking according to the Consumer Contacts Regulations. Anything after this may result in a cancelation fee. If you are unable to make the class please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so that we can fill your space. 

 

Arrival Times

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the starting time to ensure a prompt start.

 

Vouchers 

Our vouchers are only valid for 6 months from the date of purchasing.

 

Exclusions

We have the right at all times to refuse participants access to the course at any stage of the booking and remove them from the facilities if in our opinion the participants are below the age of 16, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are unfit to take part in the activity due to physical or mental impairment, consider them to be a danger to themselves or others or are displaying aggressive and abusive behaviour. If any of these occurrences happen, the booking will be cancelled and full cancellation charges will apply.

 

Safety

All participants will be provided with an apron and eye protection. We ask that those taking part to wear appropriate footwear and something warm especially in the colder months. You must be over 16 in order to take part in the course. The tutors are qualified first aiders if an accident or injury occurred.

 

Covid 19

Due to Covid regulations set by the government we ask all participants to social distance and make use of the hand sanitiser provided. We will also check your temperature upon arrival and if it appears to be high we will have to exempt you from the course and you can use your booking for another date. Tutors will wear face shields when working closely with participants. Each person will receive their own set of tools and everything will be sanitised after each group.

Used for specified, explicit purposes

Used in a way that is adequate, relevant and limited to only what is necessary 

Accurate and where necessary, kept up to date 

Kept for no longer than is necessary 

Handled in a way that ensures appropriate security, including portection against unlawful or unauthorised porcessing, access, loss, destruction or damage
